2 day clinic, July 27-28, 2019
Clinician fee: $85 per day (paid in advance) | Haul in fee: $15 per day | Spectator fee: $10 per day
All lessons are first come, first serve with the first lesson beginning promptly at 8 am. Lunch will be from 11:45-12:45
Afternoon lessons will start at 1:00 pm and the last lesson will be at 6:00 pm.
Full payment of both clinician fee as well as the haul in fee will be needed to hold your spot for the clinic. Sign up will close on July 19th and the clinician fee will become non-refundable. The haul in fee will be refunded. If you cancel between July 19-July 28 the deposit can be transferred to another rider but not refunded.
- One 45- minute lesson with Codi
- Use of wash rack for after the lesson
- Water for horse
An Overnight stall can be provided on a first come first serve basis for an additional $30. This price includes shavings and water. Owner must provide buckets, hay, and grain as well as clean stall before leaving the property.
All attendees who ride in the clinic must complete or provide the following:
- Current negative coggins
- Current Vaccination records
- Health certificate if hauling in from out of the state of Ohio.
- Sign the Chesapeake Stables waiver
- Ride with an SEI approved helmet (no bicycle helmets)
- Fill out the rider information sheet
Riders must be warmed up and ready to go for their ride time. Riders will be given 10 minutes immediately after their lesson to ask any follow up questions before exiting the arena. Incoming riders will be given five minutes to introduce themselves and their horses to Codi, as well as discuss goals for the lesson.

About Codi: Codi is a USDF bronze, silver, and gold medalist. She started riding at the age of five and began dressage lessons at Briar Fox Farm with Katie and Bonni Griest when she was 12. At 15 years old Codi began her first working student job in Germany for Stal Ramsbrock. From there she went to work for Donna Wright outside of Fort Worth, Texas launching her Young Rider career. At 18, she moved to Legacy Farms in Loxahatchee, Florida where she apprenticed under Danish Olympic rider (now riding for the US) Lars Petersen and his wife, US rider Melissa Taylor. Codi started her time at Legacy as a groom eventually working her way up to assistant trainer in her five years with them. In 2018, Codi claimed the prestigious U25 Brentina Cup Championship aboard her own Danish warmblood, Katholt’s Bossco. She has since debuted Bossco in the Grand Prix achieving scores in the 70’s. Codi is now teaching and training in Wichita, Kansas pursuing a professional career in dressage.
